Please understand that due to being all natural, at times, some ingredients, such as shea butter may granulate. It does not change the effectiveness or integrity of the products, it just is "exfoliative" kind of.

Our products are not tested on animals, even though they would smell good and have soft skin. We test products on ourselves and willing victims. We have sensitive skin and seem to be allergic to everything, so we don't use anything that we haven't tried ourselves.
